Basic Referrer (1-10 active subscribers)

First Month: 15% commission on new subscriber’s first payment
Ongoing: 5% commission on monthly renewals for 12 months
Annual Plan Bonus: Additional 5% (one-time) when referrals choose annual subscription

Silver Referrer (11-25 active subscribers)

First Month: 17% commission on new subscriber’s first payment
Ongoing: 6% commission on monthly renewals for 12 months
Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,000 if all subscribers remain active
Annual Plan Bonus: Additional 5% (one-time) when referrals choose annual subscription

Gold Referrer (25+ active subscribers)

First Month: 20% commission on new subscriber’s first payment
Ongoing: 7% commission on monthly renewals for 12 months
Quarterly Bonus: ₹2,500 if all subscribers remain active

Who can join the referral program? The program is open to all active Skill Station members who have completed at least one month in any of our programs or who is ready to refer 5 members to get started.

How do I track my referrals? Your personalized dashboard shows all referred subscribers in real-time.

When and how are commissions paid? Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by the 10th of the following month. Payments are made directly to your registered bank account.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. In fact, our tiered structure rewards you with higher commission rates as you refer more active subscribers.

What happens if my referral cancels their subscription? Commissions are only paid for active subscriptions. If a referral cancels, you’ll continue to receive commissions for any months they paid for but not for future months.

Do referrals expire? Your referral link never expires. However, the referred person must sign up within 30 days of first clicking your link for you to receive credit.

Can I refer people to any Skill Station program? Yes, you can refer contacts to any of our programs. Commission rates are consistent across programs, though the Platinum Mentorship Program has a specialized structure.

How do I achieve Silver and Gold tier status? Your tier is determined by the number of active subscribers you’ve referred. The dashboard shows your current tier and progress toward the next level.

Terms and Conditions

The Skill Station Referral Program is subject to the following terms:

Referrers must be active Skill Station members who have completed at least one month in any program or ready to refer 5 members to start with.
Commissions are only paid for referred subscribers who are active and in good standing.
A successful referral requires the new member to sign up using your unique referral link.
Referral commission rates are subject to your tier status at the time the commission is calculated.
Skill Station reserves the right to modify the referral program structure with 30 days’ notice.
Fraudulent referrals or misrepresentation of the programs will result in termination from the referral program.
Commission payments will be processed by the 10th of each month for the previous month’s activity.
Referrals must be new to Skill Station and not existing or previous members.
Commission relationship lasts for 12 months from the referred member’s sign-up date.
